I had a very good experience, I called this company spoke to them they ask what the problem i told them can't close the garage door, they said the could get someone here at maybe 11:00 the man got here at 10:45 he called and said he was here looked found the problem & showed me. I said ok fix it half hour later it was fixed, I will be calling if i have problems here or at my rental. ALSO I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HELL OUT OF THIS COMPANY.
